We are looking for an amazing new melin Experience Representative who is responsible for providing a “brag-worthy” experience to our customers. This will require a high level of comfort and experience across all social media platforms, maintaining product knowledge, and finding solutions to any customer inquiries we may receive.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who cares and can show empathy towards our customers, is proud of the work they put forward, and has a knack for creative problem-solving. As a growing company, change is expected so this team member will also need to adapt and embrace change easily.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and address all comments and messages from our social medial platforms to resolve issues and provide quick responses to inquiries
- Represent the brand while delivering exceptional experiences via phone, email, and chat
- Problem solve, break down customer questions or issues, and turn negatives into positives.
- Provide and enhance the melin customer experience in all facets. Be energetic and helpful!
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comfort and proficiency with all social media platforms
- Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, while maintaining a flexible approach to resolving consumer requests
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Prior experience as a department or team lead a positive
- Team player, enthusiastic positive can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Full Circle and Shopify experience a plus
- Experience working with a service desk or ticketing tool is preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Word
